The Royal Anguilla Police Force, in collaboration with the Education Department, has concluded the ten-week Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) course in all six of the island’s public primary schools. The course, which is now in its thirteenth year, covered topics such as:
Responding to Peer Pressure, Friendship Foundations, How to know when you are stressed, Communication Styles, How to say no to Drugs, How to stay out of risky situations, Bullying, Health, legal and Social issues as they relate to tobacco, alcohol and marijuana use, and How to take charge of your life.

The graduation ceremonies, for all of the six public primary schools, concluded on Friday 19th February 2021. Certificates were presented to every child who took part in the DARE programme. Prizes were awarded to deserving students in recognition of their participation and hard work. In each class there was a prize for the winner of the DARE report. The report was on “What they learned in DARE that can help them to stay drug free and avoid violence, and how they intend to use the information to assist others.” The other was a DARE poster with a message against drugs and or violence.

The graduation ceremonies and winners in both categories were as follows:
