POLICE CARRIBEAN LUNCH: A DELIGHTFUL EVENT

The Caribbean luncheon, organised by the Royal Anguilla Police Force on Wednesday, January 27, as part of Police Week 2021, was a delightful and well-supported event.

It was an opportunity for many lunch-hunters to take a break from the conventional restaurant dishes to experience the various culinary and cultural skills of a number of regional islands. Some, if not all of the islands, where the police officers in Anguilla have their nationality, were represented at the Caribbean luncheon.

The many dishes were all purchased within a short time, leaving many would-be patrons disappointed by the empty food stalls. However, the nearby food strip was an immediate and well-deserving source for a number of lunch-seekers.
