On Monday 30th November, 2020 The Adrian T. Hazell Primary was graced with the presence of Honourable Dee Ann Kentish Rogers, Minister of Education and Social Development. She was present to assist the literacy team with their efforts to highlight the closing of Literacy Month (November) by awarding students with “The Reader of the Month Certificate.”
The students were delighted to receive their certificate from the Minister of Education and Social Development. Ms. Kentish Rogers took time to visit each classroom to congratulate and distribute the reading certificates. During each class visit Ms. Kentish Rogers capitalized on the opportunity given to encourage and motivate the other students to progress in reading and to develop a special love for books.
