Effective today, September 1, 2020, the Government of Anguilla introduced fees for the quarantine of all persons entering Anguilla under Schedule 2 of the Quarantine (Covid-19) (Arriving Passengers Health Clearance (Amendment) Rules, 2020. This decision was made by Executive Council in order to assist with the costs of mandatory quarantine which is at the centre of the national COVID-19 strategy.
Fee exemptions include the following:
– persons required to travel overseas on official Government business;
– returning students sponsored by the Government of Anguilla;
– medical returnees referred overseas by the Health Authority of Anguilla and
– private patients referred for services overseas which are not available in Anguilla.
