On Sunday in the first encounter, defending champions, Kicks United F.C squeezed past the Enforcers F.C by the slender margin of 2 goals to 1. Jonathan Guishard scored a brace for the champions while Harve Luis scored the only goal for the Police. Jonathan Guishard was named player of the game for his excellent attacking work. In the second match, Lymers F.C recorded their first victory of the season by defeating the Spartans F.C by a score of 4 goals to 1. Caleb, Wings, Armoni and Colin each scored one goal for Lymers while Thomas George scored the lone goal for the struggling Spartans. Caleb Bryan was adjudged M.V.P of the game for his outstanding performance in midfield. Acton continues this week-end. There will be no games on Saturday 22nd of February, but on Sunday the 23rd at 4 PM in the first encounter Enforcers F.C will do battle with Spartans F.C, then at 6 PM Diamond F.C and Kicks United F.C will square off. Questions?? Will the Spartans finally get off the mark? Will Enforcers lose 3 straight games? Can the Diamond upset the Kicks? Will there be another goal fest at the Raymond E.G Guishard Football Stadium? Its Football!! Football!! Football!!
