In the second encounter, the Lions FC clinically shackled, arrested and imprisoned the Police Enforcers by a score of 2 goals to nil. Oliver, ‘Screechy’ Walker, was the main destroyer for the Lions, scoring two goals to humble the high-flying Police Enforcers. Oliver Walker was also adjudged M.V.P of the match for his excellent offensive work.

On Monday Kicks continued their winning ways when they defeated Lymers by a score of 3 goals to 1. Marley converted 2 goals from the penalty spot and Johnny Guishard scored the other goal for Lymers from the penalty spot. Terry Miller from the Kicks was named player of the game for his outstanding performance in midfield.

On Tuesday, Doc’s slipped past the Development team by the narrowest of margin of 1 goal to nil. Stewart Murray scored the lone goal for Doc’s in the 37th minute of the first half. Kyle Bryan was outstanding for the Development team, in midfield, and was adjudged MVP of the game.

On Saturday at 4 pm in the first game of the double header, Development team will play Attackers FC then at 6 pm, in the second game Roaring Lions and Diamond FC will clash. On Sunday in the first match Kicks and Enforcers FC will go head to head. In the second games at 6 PM Spartans and Lymers will do battle.

Questions: Can the Enforcers rebound in this round? Will the Lions continue their rampage? Can the Kicks overtake the Lions? Will we have a big upset this weekend? Its Football!! Football!! Football!!
