Cece Walker is the N.Y.P.D Prisca Ogolo Impromptu Speech Champion. On Friday, 10th January 2020, in front of an excited and entertained audience at the Teachers’ Resource Centre, Cece emerged victorious from a field of twelve (12) competitors. She delivered a speech on the topic “Some people were born gay” and captivated the audience with her wit, eloquence and delivery.

Najique Davis placed second, Rayana Webster placed third, Steven Connor placed fourth and Rayvia Hodge placed fifth in the contest.
The N.Y.P.D. would like to thank the following for their contribution of gifts and prizes for the contest: TeaBox Lounge, Tackle Box, Nikhil;s Party Supplies, Gabs Party Supplies, Graphique Madness, Bedazzled by Roxx and the Anguilla Football Association.
