Backrow: L-R Tr. Marsha Harrigan, Deputy Principal Shaunie Connor, Jennifer Barry, Courtney Barry, Michael Barry with students and gifts

Former school teacher, Mrs. Jennifer Barry, who has taught for many years in New Jersey, is a frequent visitor to Anguilla, and is always delighted to come with her family for vacations on the island.
Mrs. Barry is a close friend of Peter and Ann Pearls of Straw Hat Restaurant. Whenever she visits, she brings special gifts of school suppliers for the island’s primary schools.
On Wednesday, November 6th, she visited Anguilla, on a private jet accompanied by her husband Michael and their daughter Courtney. They brought supplies for students of the Valley Primary School. In the past Mrs. Barry contributed to the Adrian T. Hazel Primary, especially in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.
In accepting the generous donations, Deputy Principal, Ms. Shauna Connor, and Remedial Reading Teacher, Ms. Marsha Harrigan, expressed gratitude to the Barrys. The teachers took a group of students to the airport to meet and greet the Barrys and to say a hearty thanks for their kind contributions.
