On August 24th, Omari will be performing in New York City at Joe’s Pub music venue, the popular spot where Eartha Kitt, Elvis Costello, Amy Winehouse, Jason Mraz, Adele, Lady Gaga and Alicia Keys and others have all performed. The latter is the perfect venue to showcase Omari’s guitar prowess as the sound quality at Joe’s Pub remains at the top of the “best in NYC” shortlist among critical reviewers.

On August 31st, Omari returns to Maryland for a show at the Soundry. This isn’t a first for the accomplished guitarist-songwriter as he performed there in 2017 at the 36th annual 2017 Artscape, America’s Largest Free Arts Festival and in 2018 for the Hot August Music Festival.

Omari will wrap-up his US stay with a show on September 1st in Virginia at Tin Pan. Fans of Omari and for music lovers who will experience the multi-award winner for the first time, Omari promises to deliver a musical experience that will run the gamut of life experience through music from From “Half Full or Half Empty” to “Naturally” to “System Set”, his music is truly a common thread commentary.

“It’s always a pleasure performing on the East coast US as I have many fans that support my music in a big way there. The places that I am performing are not by coincidence as I know they always turn out in a big way. I’m excited and ready to perform my new material as well as some of the older stuff, it will be super fun and definitely a happy musical experience. One love.” – Omari Banks
