The event, on June 21, at the grounds of the Agricultural Department, involved the participation of a number of stakeholders concerned with safety in Anguilla. They ranged from the Anguilla Electricity Company ( the Diamond Sponsor), to various other sponsors including the Department of Disaster Management, the Fire and Rescue Service, fuel companies, the Anguilla Water Corporation, the Department of Health Protection and other public and private sector agencies.
The speakers included representatives of the Emergency Services Committee who stressed the need for the public to take precautions against all forms of safety threats and hazards that may affect the island from time to time.
The agricultural grounds were the scene of many booths promoting safety guidelines and using an abundance of literature and equipment to provide the necessary information and awareness for the public.
The fair had as its theme, “Think Safety; Plan Safety; and Live Safely.”

Above are some of the scenes of the event.
