2019 TALENTED TEEN CONTESTANTS PRESENTED

There will be four contestants vying for the 2019-2020 Miss Talented Teen Pageant, on August 4 at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre, part of the Anguilla Summer Festival.

The Anguilla Talented Teen Committee, chaired by the long-time organiser, Mr. Romare Kelsick, revealed the names of the contestants at an introductory ceremony at Ocean Echo Restaurant on Sunday, June 30.

The competing young ladies are: Sulandy Fleming, Khyliyah Baird, Danielle Connor and Celine Laurent. The reigning Ms. Scotiabank Talented Teen is Charisma Jones-Chin.

The theme for this year’s competition is: “Shaping Destiny Through Pageantry”.

The contestants will be judged on personal aspiration speech presentation (50 points); talent (100 points); best evening wear presentation (40 points); and on-stage question and answer (70 points).

The contestants will not be judge on their fanfare when appearing on stage.

The Anguilla Talented Teen Committee has expressed thanks to the owners of Ocean Echo for making available the use of their premises to host the event. The Committee is also grateful to Scotiabank (Anguilla) Ltd.
