On June 1st, 2019, APANY is hosting our 23rd Annual Awards Gala and Dinner Dance in New York City. Awards will be presented to people who have made outstanding contributions to the Anguillian community. In addition, we are seeking support to help one of Anguilla’s very talented volunteer videographers: Mr. Lloyd Gumbs who has worked tirelessly for many years to capture and share so much important community news and social events with the Anguillian Diaspora and friends of Anguilla.
His “live” stream broadcasting on Facebook and other social media has been invaluable. We would like to thank Mr. Gumbs for his commitment as a volunteer and for the excellent service he provides to the community. To show our appreciation, we would like to raise funds to help him update his video and audio equipment in order for him to continue to keep the Anguillian community at home and abroad up to date with the latest news about the home front with top quality broadcasts.
