ORIENTATION FOR THE JOB LINK UP PROGRAMME (2019)

On Thursday 7th January 2019, the Department of Youth and Culture oriented twenty- five young persons between ages 16-30 to the Job Link Up programme. The orientation session was held at the Anguilla Community College and was facilitated by the Senior Programme Officer of the Youth Affairs Division – Ms. Joleyne Robin.
The aim of the session was to provide the clients with an overview of the programme and what support is given to them during their engagement in the programme. The sessions included different discussions, team building exercises, information sharing and a presentation of the Department’s commitment to the programme.
Clients of the programme will benefit from an individually tailored package of work experience, training, guidance, behavioural and career counselling.
