Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has been named among the “100 Best Companies to Work For” list by FORTUNE. This is the 22nd consecutive year that Four Seasons has been recognized, and one of only eight organisations to be included on the list since its inception in 1998.
The list is based on employee ratings of their workplace culture including the pride they take in their jobs, the level of trust they feel towards leaders, and the camaraderie they experience with co-workers.
“Most hoteliers and prospective hoteliers dream of working for Four Seasons,” stated Dorla Hodge, Director of People and Culture for Four Seasons Anguilla. “Those who work for Four Seasons understand that ‘We are Four Seasons.’ We live and believe this. The culture of Four Seasons was built on the Golden Rule and we treat others in the manner that we would love to be treated. Our goal is not simply to recruit the best talent but to develop and retain them.”
One of our primary goals on Anguilla is to always be the “Best Employer on the Island” and this international recognition with FORTUNE helps us to know that we’re doing the right things to ensure our employees are happy and proud to work for Four Seasons.
“This month I celebrate my anniversary of working for Four Seasons for 20 years,” stated Jose Adames, General Manager for Four Seasons Anguilla. “I’ve experienced the company culture from the very first day of employment. I’m so glad I can share this experience with those on this beautiful island of Anguilla.”
