It was a really difficult task to select an Employee of the Year winner as it was such a strong pool to select from. Nonetheless, Michelle Medford, Paymaster, emerged as the 2018 Employee of the Year winner. Michelle’s role is very challenging as she has to ensure all of the employees are paid correctly and on time. Due to her diligence and commitment, the property has never missed a payroll. One of the things that sets Michelle apart is that she embodies Four Seasons’ Golden Rule and that is, she treats others as she expects to be treated. Her smile is warm and her spirit is very kind. She is definitely FS Anguilla’s 2018 Ambassador.
Mr. Adames invited the other members of his Executive team to assist him in the award ceremony. Present were Billy Cueto, Resort Manager; Sheila Paugh, Regional Director of Finance; Gina Thomas, Director of Residences; Dorla Hodge, Director of People and Culture; and newest member, Carlos Villacanas, Director of Food and Beverage.
Mr. Keeden Isaac, Assistant Director of Engineering, was also highlighted as he won the 2018 Supervisor/Manager of the Year Award at the AHTA Gala the night before. The best dressed male of the evening went to Hue Carty, Assistant Chief Engineer, who looked the part in his red, black, white and gold outfit. Ms. Terese Thomas, General Cashier, emerged the best dressed female of the evening.
The FS’ team enjoyed musical entertainment by Boss and the Horsepower Band and later in the evening by DJ Blaze. An amazing time was had by all who attended. The team is extremely excited and energized about what lies ahead in 2019.
