The Department of Youth and Culture and the Anguilla National Youth Council (ANYC) are pleased to inform the public that the new ANYC First General Meeting was successfully held, on Thursday 29th November, 2018 at 6 pm at the Teachers’ Resource Centre (upstairs the Public Library).
During the meeting the Executive Body of the ANYC shared information about the ongoing strategic planning process for the ANYC and their immediate operational goals. The meeting also adopted a new logo for the ANYC.
The meeting ended with an agreement between the ANYC and member youth organisations to have a close working relationship, and to share their plans on projects with the ANYC so that they are aware of such and are therefore in a position to support them in their undertakings.
For further Information, please contact Mr. Neil Gumbs (ANYC President) at neilgumbs@hotmail.com or contact the Department of Youth and Culture by emailing the Programme Officer (Youth), Ms. Jocelyne Mills, at Jocelyne.mills@gov.ai , or by telephone (264) 498 3792/497 0969.
