There at The Butchery, the offerings include quality fresh meats, cut to any size, and as of now imported from as far as New Zealand. From Koal Keel, lamb legs, steak, stripped loins, chicken, pork and other meats are available already seasoned, marinated and ready to cook by customers in their own kitchens, or cooked or baked by the suppliers themselves. The intention is to set up a full-service butcher shop on the island not only with imported meats, but meats from local persons as well.

The business has just started and there are plans for expansion to include restaurant services such as fresh pasta and sauce; home-made sausage, home-made yogurt and there is even one of the famous brick ovens for special baking.

The couple owned a restaurant in Thailand, and a popular butcher shop in London. Shawn has been a butcher in the UK for most of his life producing high quality fresh meat, with a team of other experienced butchers. It has all helped him to establish his present venture in Anguilla especially with local people in mind as well as tourists.

The couple have had businesses at The Beach House at Meads Bay and Indigo at Little Harbour and have now moved to Koal Keel in The Valley providing a welcome service for all.
