DIGICEL IS UNBEATABLE THIS SUMMER WITH BEAT THE HEAT!

The Valley Anguilla As a part of their Beat the Heat Campaign, Digicel truly turned up the heat through sponsorship and support of various events, participants, revelers, customers & more for Anguilla’s Summer Festival 2018!
Among the many, the telecommunications giant was pleased to sponsor; Exodus HD & Players Troupe. They also showed support to Poker Run, August Thursday Boat Race, as well as various events.
On August 10th as both Players troupe and Exodus HD hit the streets for the grand parade of troupes. They revealed culture and splendour under the theme ‘Inviolable Anguillians’. It was announced later that evening that Players troupe captured the titles of Most Colorful troupe, Best King of the Band, Best Queen of the Band, Largest Troupe and was victorious in capturing the 2018 Grand parade ‘Winner’ title for Anguilla’s summer festival parade.

In continuation of announcements, Exodus HD was declared the 2018 champions regaining their coveted Road March title with their smashing hit ‘Dancing’ by Shendell ‘SHUNKI’ Carty.

The Digicel family celebrated with EXODUS HD in light of this achievement of winning the 2018 ROAD MARCH title for this year’s summer festival. Digicel’s CEO, Mrs. Kerchelle Jn Charles- Hodge, said, “Our 9 years of partnership with Exodus HD continues to get more and more extraordinary and Digicel is pleased to be on board each year giving this energy driven team our full support!”

Continuing to ‘Beat the Heat’, Digicel’s summer promotion ends on August 31st 2018. Digicel is pleased to announce that there still a great chance for customers to win $50,000 in cash and prizes this summer. Service & Delivery Executive, Ms. Roxanne Webster, explains further that: “Over this summer campaign which was launched on July 31st, Digicel has seen hundreds of winners daily! Lucky winners who have walked away with FREE credit, CASH, Handsets or the grand prize of a 50” Smart Samsung TV!

Digicel’s Retail Supervisor, Ms. Delvicia MacDonna, said “Entering is automatic for all Digicel customers when they do things like purchase their LTE featured handset, top up $20 or more, activate a postpaid LTE data plan or get LTE prepaid sim card.”

Digicel wished the Exodus HD band and management team safe travels as they left the island on Wednesday August 22nd for their first performance in the UK, Birmingham and Slough.

In addition, Digicel ecourages everyone to join the winning team, and ‘Beat the Heat’ this summer!
