Players Carnival Troupe 2018 made a presentation at the Grand Parade of Troupes on Friday, 10th August 2018 under the theme “Inviolable Anguillians”.
This theme was suitably picked to commemorate Anguillian’s spirit of togetherness and resilience following the passage of Hurricane Irma on 6 September 2017.
The five sections presented were:
Powerful – Powerful as the ocean
Rich – Rich with life
Warriors – Warriors who work together
Strong – Strong as a lion
Unbreakable – Unbreakable like a diamond
Anguilla Summer Festival Grand Parade of Troupes 2018 was an awesome one! Thanks to the Players and all of our generous partners!
Players Troupe captured King of the Band, Largest Troupe, Most Colorful Troupe and was victorious in capturing the ‘2018 Grand Parade of Troupes Winner’s title.
We want to congratulate all of the troupes that participated! We know how much hard work goes into preparation for this day.
