The Anguilla Social Security Board is the platinum sponsor for this year’s Prince and Princess Show. The organizing Prince and Princess Show Sub-Committee was the recipient of sponsorship in the sum of EC$25,000.00 towards the hosting of the Prince and Princess Show 2018.
Chairperson of the Prince and Princess Show Sub-Committee, Ms. Erica Edwards, in her expression of gratitude, stated that the show would not be possible this year without the generous sponsorship from the Social Security Board. The Sub-Committee is extremely grateful to the Board for its support and platinum sponsorship.
The Board recognizes the importance of participation in the show and the benefits it offers to the social development of our youth. The Prince and Princess Show provides an avenue for primary school students to showcase their talent, develop confidence, teamwork, discipline and public speaking skills- all necessary attributes which play a positive role in the development of our children.
The Prince and Princess Show is scheduled to take place on Friday, 3rd August at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Center. The Board is encouraging the general public to go out and support the contestants representing five primary schools, as they vie for the title of Prince and Princess 2018/2019.
The Board extends its best wishes to all the contestants, for a successful Prince and Princess Show and a safe Summer Festival 2018.
