It would take decades to recoup the $ required to construct a so-called Superyatch Marina. Think about it. The yatch season is only 3 months long for starters. St. Martin/Marteen already have yatch marinas, so how could Anguilla compete? The reality is there are NO investors lined up to make this happen for the simple reason that the idea is a poor investment choice.
