rrThe Anguilla Lions Club Executive for the Lionistic year 2018-2019 remains unchanged. The President Lion Tiffany Hughes, the Secretary Lion Ernie Hodge-Carty and the Treasurer Lion Melissa Meade continue for a second term in their respective roles. The other positions of the Executive are Vice Presidents, LCIF Coordinator, First and Second year Directors, Membership Director, Lion Tamer and Tail Twister.
Lion President Hughes views her second term as an opportunity to fulfil her goals that were hampered by the passage of hurricane Irma and pledges her commitment to the work of the Lions through her theme “Reach the Unreached and Touch the Untouched”.
Lion President’s plans have remained the same as she states they are still relevant for the fate of the club; (a) to focus on Branding the club’s image ( b) membership retention and rebuilding comradery within the community all the while remaining dedicated to service.
Her continued strategy will be to work in collaboration with other clubs on the island and the community at large. Additionally, incentives will be offered to members who go the extra mile to assist in executing the projects identified. This she hopes will contribute to membership retention and attracting new members to the club.
Lion President Tiffany Hughes thanked the Lions for their support and commitment during her first year as President and pledges her continued assistance and looks forward to their support.
