Police Officer Assist Pre-School with Installation of Generators
Police Engineer Police Constable Jacob Pierre on Monday 9th and Thursday 12th October, assisted The Church of God of Prophesy Pre-School in The Quarter with the installation of two generators to ensure the school had electricity to begin its new school year.
PC Pierre who is a Grenadian National joined the Royal Anguilla Police Force on 1st August, 2007. He is one of the engineers on the police vessel Dolphin.
He has been working around Police Head quarters with the other police engineers, PC Jermaine Fleming and PC Evans Dubique ensuring that the generator is properly maintained and in good working order.
32 Year Old Male on Bail for causing Actual Bodily Harm and assault
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Friday 6th October, 2017 arrested and charged a 32 year old male of Stoney Ground with two (2) counts of causing Actual Bodily Harm and one (1) count of assault.
The alleged offender was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday 9th October, where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $30,000.00 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are to report to The Valley Police Station every Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, be of good behaviour and keep the peace and have nothing to do with the virtual complainant in the matter or any of the witnesses.
The alleged offender is due back in court on Thursday 21st December, 2017 to answer to the charges.
74 Year Old Male on Bail for causing Actual
Bodily Harm
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Wednesday 4th October, 2017 arrested a 74 year old male of South Hill for causing Actual Bodily Harm.
The alleged offender who was later charged with the offence was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Friday 6th October, where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $40,000.00 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are surrendering his European Passport to the court, keep the peace and have nothing to do with the virtual complainant in the matter or any of the witnesses.
The alleged offender is to return to court on Monday 18th December, 2017 to answer to the charge.
22 Year Old Male on Bail for causing Actual Bodily Harm and assault
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Saturday 7th October, 2017 arrested and charged a 22 year old male of Blowing Point for causing Actual Bodily Harm and for assault.
The alleged offender who was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday 9th October, was granted bail in the sum of EC $10,000.00 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are to be of good behaviour and keep the peace and have nothing to do with the virtual complainant in the matter or any of the witnesses.
He is due back in court on Friday 10th November, 2017 to answer to the charges.
35 Year Old Male on Bail for Possession and Discharging a Firearm
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Tuesday 3rd October, 2017 arrested a 35 year old male of Little Harbour for possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm.
The alleged offender who was later charged with the offences was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Friday 6th October, 2017 where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $50,000.00 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are report to Valley Police Station every Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, keep the peace and have nothing to do with the virtual complainant in the matter or any of the witnesses.
The alleged offender is to return to court on Monday 5th February, 2018 to answer to the charges.
