The Valley, Anguilla, 6th October, 2017 – Flow Anguilla, the company that kept you connected before, during and after the recent Hurricane Irma, continues to report of steady progress in its restoration efforts, with most of the Company’s LTE mobile sites now operational.
While the company suffered significant damage to its mobile and data equipment, it was able to maintain connectivity to large parts of the island, even during the height of the hurricane. In addition, Flow extended its mobile credit offer to prepaid customers with an additional $10 free credit, as well as $5 in international calling minutes, 500Mb of Data and Free SMS messages.
Flow has also waived disconnections for post-paid customers to ensure that all accounts remain active during this critical period, as well as, suspended billing for the month of September for Fixed line phone service, Broadband Internet, and FLOW TV. Customers will not be billed for those post-pay services for September 2017.
“These are just a handful of examples from the many incredible actions taking place in Anguilla in response to this tragedy,” Bynoe also said. “In addition, we will be giving all of our postpaid customers, a 10GB Data booster FREE for the next three months. We thank our loyal customers for their patronage.”
