22 Year Old Male Arrested For Possession Of Cannabis
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Thursday 24th August, arrested twenty-two year old man of Island Harbour for Possession of Cannabis. He was later charged and taken before the Magistrate’s Court.
On Friday 25th August, he was granted bail in the sum of $65,000.00 EC dollars bond with one surety. He is to reappear in court on Monday 30th October 2017 to answer to the charge.
The conditions of the bail are: He is to report to The Valley Police Station every Monday and Friday between 6:00AM and 6:00PM, and to be of good behavior and keep the peace.
21 Year Old Male Arrested For Taking A Conveyance
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Monday 29th August, arrested twenty-one year old man of Island Harbour for Taking a Conveyance. He was later charged and taken before the Magistrate’s Court.
On Wednesday 30th August, he was granted bail in the sum of $45,000.00 EC dollars bond with one surety. He is to reappear in court on Tuesday 10th October to answer to the charge.
The conditions of the bail are: He is to report to The Valley Police Station every Monday and Friday between 6:00AM and 6:00PM, and to be of good behavior and keep the peace.
41 Year Old Male Arrested For Rape
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Friday 25th August, arrested a forty-one year old male of Shoal Bay West for Rape. He was later charged and taken before the Magistrate’s Court.
On Monday 28th August, he was offered bail but did not meet the requirement. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.
25 year old male arrested for Possession of Cannabis
The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Tuesday 29th August, arrested twenty-five year old male of Stoney Ground for Possession of Cannabis. He was later charged and taken before the Magistrate’s Court.
On Wednesday 30th August , he was granted bail in the sum of $45,000.00 EC dollars bond with one surety. He is to reappear in court on Thursday 7th December to answer to the charge.
The conditions of the bail are: He is to report to The Valley Police Station every Wednesday between 6:00AM and 6:00PM, and to be of good behavior and keep the peace.
