Council agreed that an Aliens Land Holding Licence should be issued to Sir Keith Roderick Whitson and Lady Sabine Marita Whitson to hold property described as Registration Section East End, Block 99315 B, Parcel 63, containing 1.04 acres of
land located at Sea Feathers, Anguilla for residential purposes, subject to the following:-
(a) payment of the following Stamp Duties:-
(i) under the Stamp Act – 5%
of EC$9,408,700.00 EC$470,435.00
(ii) under the Aliens Land Holding
Regulation Act – 5%
of EC$9,408,700.00 EC$470,435.00

(b) with the expressed condition that the land is to be used for residentialpurposes and that the Licencees must not rent their dwelling house without first notifying the Ministry of Lands.

EX MIN 17/216 EX MEM 17/137 APPLICATION FOR ISSUE OF LICENCE UNDER THE ALIENS LAND HOLDING REGULATION ACT – REGISTRATION SECTION SOUTH EAST, BLOCK 79214 B, PARCEL 202, STRATA LOT SL G12, CONTAINING 336 SQUARE FEET BEING A GARAGE UNIT
Council agreed that an Aliens Land Holding Licence should be issued to Tiziana Pescatori, to hold property described as Registration Section South East, Block 79214 B, Parcel 202 SL G12, containing 336 sq. ft. forming part of the Sandy Hill Beach Resort Club Resort Development Limited, the subject property being a garage unit located at Sandy Hill, Anguilla to be used as part of the Condominium unit described as Parcel 202 SL C7 for residential purposes, subject to the following:-
(a) payment of the following Stamp Duties:-
(i) under the Stamp Act – 5%
of EC$34,946.60 EC$1,747.33
(ii) under the Aliens Land Holding
Regulation Act – 5%
of EC$34,946.60 EC$1,747.33

(b) the Department of Lands and Surveys reissuing a corrected and unsigned Aliens Land Holding Licence to Tiziana Pescatori for property described in Registration Section South East, Block 79214 B, Parcel 202 SL C7 as a replacement; and
(c) all conditions incidental to the ownership of the villa unit would apply to the garage unit including not limited to the condition that Sandy Hill Beach Resort Club Development Limited must be the exclusive rental agent.
