Mr. Roosevelt “Litchie” Harris stopped by The Anguillian newspaper, on Wednesday of this week, with his harvest of sweet peppers weighing around 300 lbs. Mr. Harris has a farm in The Quarter where he grows vegetables for personal use and for sale to the general public. He said, “The people of Anguilla should start farming and grow what they eat.” He also expressed much satisfaction he receives from farming and gratitude for his yield of lush green sweet peppers.
