First time ever accomplished atww this magnitude in Rainbow City, AXA. East to West on legs eleven, Island Harbour to Cap Juluca. A whopping 14 miles and steps.
This very well attended walk began at 2 am and was put together by Cleopatra d’Auvergne of iFitness AXA. Culture is important and reminders us of how it was back ‘in the days’.

This should not be forgotten as it made most of us who we are today. Also to remind ourselves that ‘self-will’ comes from within and to stay driven and motivated in life regardless.
A first time record was set by Shem Oltan in completing this motivated journey in 2 hrs 37 mins, followed by Vincent 2 hrs 40 mins. An average of 1,406 calories burnt. Fortifing a good health and wellness benefit. Well done to all the participants, and thank to you, FLOW, and the team for their contributions.
