DIGICEL’S BUMPER STICKER CAMPAIGN WILL CHANGE LIVES! Digicel Commits Support to the Anguilla HOPE Centre

The Valley, Anguilla – April 24th, 2017, In an effort to promote understanding and improve the lives of people with special needs, Digicel today announced its commitment to the Hope Centre to assist with fund raising for much-needed supplies and general maintenance.

Digicel is offering customers who pay a bill, top up with $20 or more, purchase a Quick Pick prepaid bundle or a handset, a FREE bumper sticker which, in turn, allows them a chance to win various Daily and Weekly prizes like CASH and FREE credit, and a monthly prize of a Samsung handset once their bumper is spotted throughout the duration of the campaign.
In addition, customers can donate by texting the word ‘DONATE’ to 2768 with all proceeds going directly to the Anguilla Hope Centre. Each text costs EC$2 with Digicel pledging to match the funds donated by customers up to a value of EC$2000.

Digicel Anguilla’s Head of Commercial, Kerchelle Jn Charles, commented: “We are proud to help promote understanding of people with special needs and hope that our customers can help us to improve the lives of these special students.”

The Chairman of the H.O.P.E Centre, Mr. Gary Hodge, said: “The Board and staff of the H.O.P.E. Centre are delighted that Digicel is working with us on this and other initiatives, as we will now be able to expand on the many community services that we currently provide – and address some of our additional needs. We are indeed grateful.”

Digicel’s CEO, Mr. Ronan McGrane, added, “Our team at Digicel is very proud to support worthwhile causes that can move the people and communities of Anguilla. We hope that this partnership will stimulate further support for other education centers across Anguilla, and would like to thank our customers in advance for their support of this initiative.
