What a cool joke! If this is an aplology, and one accepted by the women of Anguilla, it leaves a lot to be desired. But, if accepted by the female voters and residents if the island, what can you say? The women are complacent, easily influenced and some, more than likely will soon fall victim to the human trafficking throughtout the Caribbean. Sad state of affairs.
