It is a credit to the Chief Minister and his Minister of Social Development. It is a credit to Anguilla that in so many quarters sensible discussion is encouraged and expected. In so many countries disagreements erupt into raucus confrontation and demagoguery, name calling and accusations. Anguillians could teach a lot of politicians and public figures in a lot of countries something about sophisticated civil behavior. Tom Morgan
