It’s the season of giving and the Social Security Board continues to spread the Christmas cheer during the month of December by providing sponsorships to more community activities for the holiday season.

Recently, the Board made sponsorship cheque presentations to the:

• New Beginning Radio’s Christmas Solo Competition 2016 – US$1.372.00

• St. Mary’s Pre-School – US$700.00, for gift baskets of school supplies for students; and

• East End Sports Club Fundraiser Gospel Concert – US$300.00. This event is being held to raise funds to support the community in the areas of education and health.

The best gift at Christmas is giving and Social Security is pleased to be able to warm the hearts and bring a smile to the faces of the cheque recipients by giving to the worthy causes.
