“Christmas: the most wonderful time of the Year” is what FLOW Anguilla’s special promotion, package for the season, is called.
Speaking at a press launch on Monday, November 28, Country Manager in Anguilla, Mr. Desron Bynoe, said the promotion campaign would run from that date to January 17, 2017. He stated that “it is designed to reach across all lines of the company’s business, strengthening its bonds with customers.”
He continued: “This year, Flow is making it easier and more affordable, than ever, for our customers to connect with friends and family at one of the most important times of the year, to celebrate love and friendship. An example of how we plan to do this is that customers who purchase FLOW’s Amazing Data Combo Plans will get double credit – saving up to 90% off the regular pay-as-you go voice rates starting from our smallest plans. So customers, this time of the year, need not worry about reaching across networks as our plans allow them to call across the networks. We basically wanted our customers to feel good about being with us, and to share in the whole season of giving and receiving. It is to this end that our promotion was designed with the customer in mind.”
Ms. Jade Reymond, FLOW Anguilla’s Commercial Manager, stated: We will be giving our customers the most connections; the most prizes; and the most value in the Christmas spirit.” She said that the company was now officially launching its Apple iPhone 7. Customers who renew their contract, or sign up for a new post-paid service, will have an opportunity to get a huge discount. The starting price will be EC$1,599.00, down from the regular price of EC$2,499. The handset ranges from 32 to 128 gigabytes. Another handset, Samsung J2, will be available to customers at a special price of EC$99.00 post-paid, and prepaid EC$389.00
Customers who purchase the Samsung J2 will be in a position to win US$1,000.00 each week, beginning this week, until the end of the promotion on January 15, 2017.
Post-paid customers, who upgrade their data service or sign up for a new service with the LTE network or data packages, will enjoy a double amount of data and more value until the end of the promotion.
Ms Reymond went on: “We recently launched FLOW TV and we are very happy to offer this new home experience to our customers. Those who sign up for TV, starting from November 28, will get free installation; a free set-up box as well as 50% off the FOX channel for the first four months. They will also get the first six months free on the FLOW Sports premium package which offers customers up to six sports channels. FLOW TV comes with a number of added values and features not available at any other company in Anguilla.”
According to Ms. Reymond, all Internet customers with FLOW Anguilla will get an EC$200.00 credit voucher for purchasing handsets, paying bills as well as free installations and free modems.
A text-to-win competition, involving a spin game, will give customers opportunities to win up to EC$500.00. In order to subscribe to the competition customers must text spin (5463). Customers can win cash, headsets or handsets and other prizes throughout the promotion.
Ms. Reymond added that FLOW Anguilla invested about EC$60,000 in the promotion campaign and that, at the end of the period, there should be up to 35 winners in the various categories of prizes and other incentives.
