On Friday May 6th 2016, two of the Anguilla Tennis Academy (ATA) local coaches, Vallan Richardson-Hodge and Denny Derrick donated their time and skill to launch the tennis program at the Omololu International School. The CEO and founder of the ATA, Mitchelle Lake, ceased the opportunity to give back to an organization that like the ATA also benefits from the Windsong Foundation.

The Principal Mr. Jordan Scheer stated that, “Omololu International School is thrilled to have Coaches Denny and Vallan on site to lead our new partnership with the Anguilla Tennis Academy. The children are already learning lots and having a blast!” This opportunity allows the ATA to fulfil its mission of “providing the highest quality tennis instruction to Anguillian, Caribbean and International youth…”.

CEO Mitchelle Lake stated, “I am happy that we can finally bring tennis to a school in Anguilla. This has always been one of our goals. I am pleased that Omololu International School is receptive of this vision and eagerly partnered with us. This program will add diversity to the sports program at Omololu and will also provide a foundation for children who wish to excel through the sport of tennis.”
