RAPF REPORTS: 36 YR. OLD ON EC$10,000.00 BAIL

A 36 yr. old man from Island Harbour is on bail having been arrested and charged for assaulting a police officer whilst in the execution of his duties and resisting a police officer.

The arrest of the alleged offender occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday 13th March whilst the officers were responding to a report in the George Hill area.
The offender was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday 14th march where he was granted bail in the sum of EC$10,000.00 with one surety. He is due back in court on the 11th April, and is required to report to The Valley Police Station every Monday between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
