Digicel has once again shown its commitment to the development of children with Special Education Needs (SEN) in Anguilla. This has been demonstrated through Digicel being the platinum sponsor of the primary schools’ Special Educational Needs Fun Day which was held on Friday, 11th March, 2016 – at the Coronation Park – to culminate the week of activities. This day of fun provided primary students enrolled in the Special Educational Needs Centres across the island the opportunity to interact while having fun running, hola hooping, skipping and potato race just to name a few.
The Department of Education wishes to express sincere gratitude to Digicel for its ongoing commitment to the Special Educational Needs Centres on the island. Other sponsors who contributed to making this event a successful and memorable one are: CC Insurance Agency Ltd, Caribbean Commercial Bank, National Bank of Anguilla Ltd, Omega Car Wash, Aronel Ltd, Haskins Ltd, Eva Hodge, Mosweettoothcakes, Gadget City, E’s Oven, Mary’s Bakery, Hall’s Bakery and Tropical Distributors.

The contributions made by the different businesses allowed us to enjoy a day well spent interacting with our peers across the island.
