Bad Cox man on EC $20,000.00 bail for cannabis related offences

The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Thursday 14th January, 2016 arrested and charged a 45 years old man from Bad Cox with possession of 1049 grams cannabis, importation of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

The arrest of the alleged offender occurred when the police were summoned to the Custom Ware House at Wall Blake where he had turned up to claim a package.
The offender who appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and was not required to plea was granted bail in the sum of EC $20,000.00 with one surety to appear back in court on 8th March, 2016 to answer to the charges.

He is required to report to The Valley police Station between the 6:00am and 6:00pm every Monday during whilst he is on bail.
