On Sunday, November 15, Omololu International School held its 2nd Annual Anguilla Culinary Sampler. This year’s event featured a few changes from last year, with more restaurants participating and more local vendors on hand to sell their merchandise. Returning restaurants Picante, Viceroy, CuisinArt, Cha Cha San, Roy’s Bayside Grill, Sandbar, Veya, and Meze were joined this year by first-time participants Dolce Vita, Cove Castles, Ciao Café, and Café De Paris. All restaurants put on an amazing culinary display for guests to sample.
The vendors on hand included Bijoux Boutique, Limin’ Boutique, Tropical Treats, Anguilla Watersports, Anguilla’s Jammin’, Essentials Stationary, and many more.
The event was once again a huge success and Omololu was abuzz with excitement, social camaraderie, music and gourmet delights. People from across Anguilla came to eat, socialize, and browse some of Anguilla’s finest shopping and food options. All funds raised this year will be split between the PTA, who sponsors many projects around the school, and the Omololu International School Financial Aid Fund. This fund serves to assist with tuition for qualifying families.
Feel free to inquire with Omololu International School if you would like to be a part of next year’s event, tentatively scheduled for November 13, 2016.
