On Saturday 19th December, the Anguilla Football Association hosted its first ever FIFA sponsored Female Football Festival. It was held at the Raymond E. Guishard Technical Centre.

The aim of the festival was to highlight female football on Anguilla and to encourage more females from within the community to get involved in the sport. The festival comprised a showcase of various football techniques and drills such as heading, dribbling, fainting and faking, passing and shooting. Also, a 2v2 small goal competitions was organized to allow participants to showcase their skills as well as get a chance to win prizes.
