W.H.A. AMBASSADORS DRUM & BRASS BAND

wb1On behalf of the W.H.A. AMBASSADORS DRUM & BRASS BAND, we would like to extend an invitation to Individuals or Companies to become a sponsor of our Youth Drum and Brass Band and Majorettes.

We are a Non-profit Organization that is reaching out to ALL YOUTH. Our mission is to provide quality recreation and skill development in playing Drums and Brass Instruments and unfolding hidden talents.

We presently have an enrollment of 30 Youth playing in our Drum Band. Unfortunately, we were only able to secure sponsorship thus far for 5 pieces of Drums from the Anguilla Social Security Board and World Harvest Assembly. We were able to acquire temporary use of 17 pieces of Drums to help prepare the Group for their Initiation Ceremony which was held on Sunday 10th November, 2015. The following pieces are needed:

Drum Band: 10 Snares, 10 Toms, 2 Bass, 1 3 piece Drum, 1 4 piece Drum, 1 Xylophane, 1 Cowbell, 2 Cymbals

Brass Band: 5 Saxophones, 5 Trumpets, 5 Trombones, 5 Flutes

OUR MISSION also includes:

  •  Bring Youths closer together through common interest
  • Instill the Values of education and the importance of behaving and developing a good moral lifestyle
  •  Teach teamwork and accountability, build character and discipline and love for music
  •  Encourage Band Members to maintain satisfactory grades in school and emphasize the importance of keeping a proper relationship with other Band Members and balance between scholastic and Band endeavours.
