Like J’ouvert Morning, traffic came to a halt in some areas of Anguilla as the colourful parade of troupes – a climax of the week-long Summer Festival – took to the streets in the Central Valley, Upper Valley, across from the Clayton Lloyd International Airport and back to the precincts of the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre.
