Sgt. Hodge, who joined the RAPF on the 15th June, 1985 attended his Initial Training at the Regional Police Training Centre, Seawell Christ Church in Barbados before returning to Anguilla to take up active duty as a constable in the then Anguilla Police Force.

He served in several departments in the RAPF and was most recently the Sergeant in Charge of the Traffic Department a position he held for the past years.
“When you join an organization such as the police department it is important that you have dreams or a vision of where you want to be,” said Sgt. Hodge. “You have got to work hard and take advantage of every opportunity in order to make good on that dream or vision.”
In looking back Sgt. Hodge said, “My one regret was not taking the Inspector of Police exam when he had a chase to do so, I believe I would have been further along in my police career had I done so.”

“I want to wish to my fellow colleagues who continue on all the best and a very productive career,” Sgt. Hodge concluded.
