24 year old Statia Valley man arrested and charged for burglary

The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Tuesday 30th June, 2015 arrested and charged a 24 year old man from Statia Valley for burglary.
The arrest comes as a result of a police investigation into a report of a burglary at the D3 Enterprise Offices in the Caribbean Commercial Centre made at 1:20 am on Thursday 25th June, 2015.
The offender was taken before the Magistrate’s Court today Wednesday 1st July, 2015 where he was offered bail in the sum of EC $35,000.00 with two sureties. The conditions of bail are to report to the Valley Police Station, Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00 pm and to keep the peace.
The offender who was unable to satisfy the bail conditions was remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison and is due back in court on 29th September, 2015.
