RAPF REPORT: Police Arrest Three for Fraud and Theft

Members of the Royal Anguilla Police Force, Financial Investigation Unit on Wednesday 3rd June, 2015 arrested three females on several counts of theft and fraud.

The arrests were a culmination of an investigation which started in 2013 by the FIU.

The alleged offenders range in age from 31 years to 49 years and reside in Blowing Point, The Farington and North Side. They were all arrested between 10:15 am and 11:45 am and charged shortly thereafter.
All three offenders were taken before the Magistrate’s Court where they were granted bail in sums ranging from EC $100,000.00 to EC $150,000.00 with two sureties each.

They were all required to hand over of all travel documents, report to the police station every Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and to keep the peace as conditions of their bail.
They are to return to court on the 3rd September, 2015 to answer to the charges.
