The second quarter award ceremony (for February, March and April) was held at CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa on Friday afternoon, May 29. It was accommodated for the first time at the exquisitely-designed Croquet Court. Adding to the delightful occasion was the wearing of Anguilla Day t-shirts by the employees.
Earlier in the day, at that location, the resort itself was celebrated – and the recognised staff members were provided with an outdoor luncheon treat by the culinary team in cooperation with the Human Resources Department and the Management of the resort.
Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Stephane Zaharia, took the opportunity of the award ceremony to speak to the employees on a number of matters. These included the present and future functioning of the resort; the current development of the Reef Hotel by CuisinArt, scheduled to open in November 2016, which will increase the number of rooms from 102 to 182; and, in addition the planned development of the real estate division. Mr. Zaharia also spoke about plans to move around staff to various areas of the property for further exposure and self-development; and the opportunities the expanded development will provide in terms of various new positions of responsibility for committed and deserved employees.
