RAPF REPORTS: Police Arrest Two For Possession Of Cannabis And Obstruction

On Thursday 23rd April, 2015 police arrested a 25 year old male of Roaches Hill for possession of cannabis and obstruction and a 20 year old male of The Farington for possession of cannabis.

The incident occurred around 8:05pm whilst the police were conducting a routine stop and search.

The offenders were on Saturday 25th April, 2015 at about 11:30 am charged with the offences.

They were both taken before the Magistrate’s Court today Monday 27th April, 2015 where he was offered bail with one surety each. Both offenders were unable to make the bail conditions and were therefore remanded at HMP.

The offender is due back in court on Friday 19th June, 2015 at 9:00am.
