RAPF REPORTS: Police Arrest A North Valley Man And Charges Him With Nine Offences

Police on Friday 24th April, 2015 at 11:35 pm arrested a man from North Valley having responded to a report involving him.
Police later arrested the man and charged him with three counts of assault which included two on police, two counts of resisting arrest, one count of criminal damage and three traffic offences including driving without insurance and driver’s license and taking and conveyance.

The offender was arrested and brought to The Valley Police Station and charged with the above offences on Saturday 25th April, 2015.

The offender was taken before the Magistrate’s Court today Monday 27th April, 2015 where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $20,000.00 with one surety. His bail conditions are that he is to be good behaviour and to have no contact by himself or his agent with the witnesses in the matter especially the complainant.

He is due back in court on Tuesday 16th June, 2015 at 9:00am.
