Young Anguillian Entrepreneur Jermaine Payne has launched his newest business venture –Squareless.
Squareless is the first automated online apartment advertising listing company in Anguilla dedicated to making it easier for renters and rentees. The company solely functions online via www.squareless.ai and allow persons who own an apartment or apartments to place their ads on the website.
Mr Payne said, “We have used the most modern technology and ideas to develop this platform making it completely automated and easy to use. The magic happens simply by going on the website, signing up for an account and submitting your apartment with all the related information such as property details and pictures.”
According to the young businessman, “Customers can either take their own pictures or pay to have professional photos taken and upload them to the website. On the other side of this, persons who are searching for apartments will use the online service for free. Once online, persons will be able to view all the apartments listed, making it easier to look for their new home.
Mr Payne said, “Squareless was developed because we have recognized the importance of such a platform in Anguilla.”
He further said that currently persons looking for apartments travel throughout the Island seeking and inquiring in hopes of finding a place; hence we thought there could an easier way to finding apartments, especially in today’s age of technology.
Mr. Payne said, “The goal of Squareless is to become the main platform that Anguillians can use when thinking or inquiring about apartments.”
He stressed, “No longer will persons drive throughout the Island when they can access all of the available apartments with the use of their computer or mobile device by simply logging on to www.squareless.ai.
