RAPF REPORTS: Twenty-eight year old arrested for Grievous Bodily Harm

On Saturday 18th April, 2015 at 11:25 am police responded to a report of an assault in the George Hill area.

As a result of investigations into the matter police on Sunday 19th April 2015 at 9:45 am arrested a 28 year old man from George Hill for Grievous Bodily Harm.

He was taken before the Magistrate’s Court today Monday 20th April, 2015 and was granted bail in the sum of EC $40,000.00 with one surety to return to court on Friday 12th June, 2015.

Conditions of the bail the defendant is required to surrender all travel documents and report to Valley Police Station every Monday and Friday between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Additionally the defendant is on curfew between the hours of 7pm and 6am daily, keep the peace and to be of good behaviour and have no contact either directly or indirectly by himself or his agent with the victim.
