Leadership at Every Level is designed to equip participants to take their business to the next level by assessing their leadership capabilities, inspiring coworkers and developing a leadership plan that helps the organization to reach its full potential by distinguishing itself from the competition. The course also revealed the secrets of high performing teams and discussed the benefits of effective teamwork.
The students actively participated and interacted with each other during this three day course. They shared the view that the course was timely and will help them to lead more effectively in their workplaces. They looked forward to putting into practice many of the skills gained during the course and expressed gratitude to the facilitator for a job well done.

During the certificate ceremony held on April 17th, 2015, Professor Delroy Louden, President of the Anguilla Community College stated ‘I am pleased that so many of you have participated in this course. You have made a decisive step towards strengthening your organizational skills and enhancing your capacity to lead and manage outcome performance indicators.’ Professor Louden recognized and commended Mrs. Goddard on her dedication, commitment and enthusiasm for the course and for the role she played in equipping leaders each year.

The new Dean of Studies at the Anguilla Community College, Dr. Leroy Hill also shared a few words. He expressed that the workshop was a high quality one and that coming out of the workshop he was certain that each participant would be able to fashion his/her type of leadership in order to move their organization forward. He encouraged the participants to join with previous graduates of the course to form a leadership organization.’

Mrs. Goddard was equally pleased with the response from the participants. She shared that their engagement was gratifying and that it is through engagement and collaborative effort that in depth learning takes place. She also expressed that she looked forward to facilitating the course each year.

The College hopes to continue offering this course annually in a quest to cultivate distinguished leaders throughout the island.
